Purus channel 100
A CHANNEL SOLUTION WITH GREAT FLEXIBILITY
The Purus channel 100, with a grate width of 100mm, is designed to meet the hygienic requirements for spa or bathhouse facilities, hospitals, nursing homes and schools; as well as garages and workshops.
The floor channels are suitable for all types of floors, have a stable construction with high flow capacity and can be customised to any length.
FOR MULTIPLE FLOOR TYPES
Purus’ floor channels are designed for concrete floors, resin floors, vinyl flooring with clamping frame, tiled floors with gluing flange and tiled floors with clamping frame. There are two options for outlet placement: central outlet and end outlet. The outlet gullies are available with side or bottom outlets, in the dimensions Ø50, Ø75 and Ø110mm.
FOR BARE FEET OR HEAVY TRUCK TRAFFIC?
Grates are selected based on the area of use and the load they are exposed to. The barefoot-friendly grate (K3) is primarily used in bathrooms, spas and changing rooms and available in different patterns, and can be made lockable. Our non-slip grates are available in two load classes: L15 for passenger cars and M125 for heavier vehicle traffic. These can also be made lockable. The Tile Insert box option is also available for both tiled floors with gluing flange and tiled floors with clamping frame.
POOL AREAS ARE EASY TO KEEP CLEAN WITH PURUS CHANNEL 100
When there can be up to a hundred people in the pool at the same time, and still the water must be kept nice and clean, the standard for hygiene must be high. The secret is usually to add chlorine to attack bacteria and contaminants; but also to add a smart and sustainable drainage system that simplifies cleaning and maintenance of the premises.
Many of our customers are extremely careful with their material choices to get a first-class end result, otherwise the rating and the visitors’ experiences are reduced.
And the fact is, the cleaner the bathing facility, the less chlorine needs to be added. That is desirable as a high chlorine content risks slowly corroding the structure, irritating the visitors’ eyes and airways and is more energy-intensive. A facility built in high quality durable materials, which is easy to clean, simply stays fresh much longer.
“THE CUSTOMER KNEW THAT IT WOULD BE MORE EXPENSIVE TO NOT CHOOSE QUALITY.
THE DIFFERENCE IS OFTEN VISIBLE ALREADY AFTER A FEW YEARS”
