Air admittance valve 75 is used for primary air admittance, for example for venting of the main pipe at the top of the drain. It is designed to prevent negative pressure from forming in the system, and should be placed in a well-ventilated area. The air admittance valve has an air flow capacity of 35l/s at a negative pressure of 250Pa. The air admittance valve is CE marked and meets the requirements of SS-EN12380 B1. Supplies with an insulating styrofoam cover to prevent condensation.
